Day 01 : Arrival Chandigarh
UMeet on arrival at railway station and transfer to the hotel. Afternoon, a half-day city tour of Chandigarh visiting Rose garden, Rock garden, Sukhna lake and Chandigarh Museum. Overnight at hotel. (Meals : L & D)
Day 02 : Chandigarh/Manali (300 kms/ 8- 9 hrs by road)
After breakfast, drive to Manali. On arrival, transfer and check into the hotel for overnight stay. (Meals : B ,L & D)
Day 03 : In Manali
Morning half day tour visiting Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple and Vashisht. Afternoon half day tour visiting Naggar Castle, Roerich Art Gallery (closed on Mondays) and some other old temples in Naggar village. Evening free to explore Manali market. Overnight at hotel. (Meals : B, L & D)
Day 04 : Manali/Jispa (135 kms /7-8 hrs by road)
Travel by surface from Manali to Jispa over Rohtang Pass (3980 m) and enroute crossing several villages of Lahaul & Keylong town. On arrival check in at hotel. Evening free to explore surrounding. Overnight at hotel. (Meals : B, L & D)
Day 05 : Jispa / Sarchu (87 kms/ 6-7 hrs by road)
Drive from Jispa to Sarchu. A level stretch leads to the check post at Darcha from where the road begins a steady to steep ascent up the Rive Bhaga, crossing Zingzingbar and on to Baralacha La (4800m). With a small lake (Suraj Tal) at the top, the source of the River Bhaga. The descent is gradual and across barren landscapes. Arrive at the camp in Sarchu, for overnight stay. (Meals : B, L & D)
Day 06 : Sarchu/ Leh (236 kms/ 10 hrs)
Travel by surface from Sarchu to Leh over Lachang La (5065 m) and Tanglang La (5360 m). On arrival check-in at hotel. Overnight at hotel. (Meals : B, L & D)
Day 07 : In Leh
Morning half day tour of Spituk and Phyang Monastery. Afternoon visit Leh Palace, Shankar Gompa, Shanti Stupa and Leh Bazar. Overnight at hotel. (Meals : B, L & D)
Day 08 : In Leh
After breakfast drive for full day sight seeing of Shey Palace, Thiksey, Hemis monastery and Stok Palace Museum. Return to Leh in the evening. Overnight at hotel. (Meals: B, L & D)
Day 09 : Depart Leh
Morning in time transfer to airport to board flight for Delhi. End of tour. (Meals : B)
